1. Overview
Toss Tally is designed to keep cornhole scores and stats on your device. We do not run servers, collect analytics, or sell data. Everything you enter stays local unless you explicitly share it (e.g., via Bluetooth broadcasting or manual export).
2. Data We Store
Match Data: Team names, player names, score history, and bag results you enter.
Player Directory: Optional list of player names plus simple stats (points-per-round, in/on/off percentages).
App Preferences: Team colors, last-used lineup, and the state of any in-progress match.
All information lives in the app’s private storage (Application Support). Deleting the app removes this data.
3. Optional Bluetooth Broadcasting
If you enable broadcasting, the app shares current match info (team names, colors, scores, round number, last scoring team) over Bluetooth Low Energy so nearby spectators running the app can view it. No internet connection is used, and data only travels to devices within Bluetooth range. You can stop broadcasting at any time.
4. Camera, Photos, or Location
The current version does not capture photos, videos, microphone audio, or location data.
5. Third-Party Services
None. The app relies solely on Apple frameworks (SwiftUI, CoreBluetooth, local storage). No third-party SDKs, ads, or analytics libraries are bundled.
6. Children’s Privacy
Cornhole Vision is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because all data stays on-device, parents retain control by managing the device itself.
7. Your Choices
Editing/Deleting Data: You can rename or remove players, reset matches, or uninstall the app to delete everything.
Broadcast Control: Broadcasting is off by default; toggling it on/off immediately starts or stops sharing.
Future Sync: If cloud sync or online services are ever introduced, you’ll be asked to opt in and this policy will be updated first.
8. Security
Data never leaves your device unless you intentionally export or broadcast it. Because it remains in the app sandbox, it benefits from iOS security features such as device encryption, Face ID/Touch ID, and system-managed app storage.
9. Changes to This Policy
We’ll update this document whenever features change how data is handled. The “Last updated” date will reflect the newest version.
